St. Andrews Links once consisted of only the Old Course, a twenty-two hole challenge that was reduced to eighteen holes, giving the game the number it has today. There are six course on the links, with a seventh currently in development, making St. Andrews the largest public complex in the world.

Bulgaria Set to Become Golfing Nirvana

Bulgaria is fast becoming the first choice for many UK holidaymakers taking summer or skiing holidays, and now looks set to become a mini-paradise for golfers too, as developers invest heavily build a number of prestigious signature golf courses across the country.

Until recently there were only three 18-hole golf courses all over Bulgaria, and even the oldest of them is only open for seven years; However, developers are currently constructing six more active quality golf courses across the country who use them as a centerpiece for the extensive and elaborate property developments.
